When you produce upwards of 25,000 kilograms of sweet bell peppers per day, you need a well-orchestrated grading and sorting operation. Automated dumping, sorting and stacking systems are utilized to move product as efficiently as possible while maintaining the highest of quality standards. Specialty Packs – In order to meet the needs of customers in various markets across continents, we are able to supply customized packaging solutions for our sweet bell peppers on two automated machines. After being graded we package a wide variety of product in different pack styles including rainbow, stop light, and solo arrangements that increase shelf life and provide marketing ease.
